At Mini Snuggles, every order is carefully made just for you. Please read our cancellation terms below.

1. Cancellation Time Limit

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after placing them.
  • After 12 hours, we start working on your customization, so cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at minisnuggles786@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Refund on Cancellation

  • If your order is cancelled within the 12-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After the 12-hour limit, no refund will be given because the customization process will have already started.

4. Late or Incorrect Orders
